C Fibernet Refund and Cancellation

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. Therefore, we recommend reading the fine print of each deal before making a purchase, as it provides detailed information about the services or products you are buying.

C FIBERNET provides prepaid services and does not offer refunds or cancellations for any amount paid by the subscriber(s) for an Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly, or Monthly package. In other words, payment cancellations or refunds are not permitted.

Any disputes regarding payments, refunds, or cancellations due to technical issues will be resolved on a case-by-case basis through arbitration.

Refunds will only be issued by C FIBERNET in cases where a new connection is not feasible. The refund process for such cases typically takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date of confirmation by the C FIBERNET payment team.

Refunds for refundable security deposits related to physical assets will be processed only upon the return of the specific physical asset in working condition.

We will address the concern within approximately 4 to 6 weeks. If a dispute is confirmed, compensation will be provided in the form of a discount or credit note applied to the subscriber's account.
